The AFS circuit classes are upbeat, scalable to any fitness level, and will be 30 mins of pure fun! We'll be doing body weight exercises, resistance bands, dumbbells, and more! The AFS mobility solution is designed to address the one element you’ve been neglecting, your flexibility. This class is perfect for beginner exercisers, those recovering from injuries, and weekend warriors who want to feel better while doing their favorite activities. The first 30 minutes will be circuit work and the last 30 minutes will work on your mobility!

Every Sunday in March, come join us for an awesome bootcamp style class lead by our fearless leader from Living Out Loud, Michelle! This Hybrid Bootcamp class will have a mix of cardio, bodyweight/strength movements, kickboxing, and core. Each class will be broken up in 15 minute segments of a particular workout and there will be 3 rounds to give a full 45 minute Hybrid Bootcamp class!!

LOLE RUN Club started two years ago and ever since then we were able to meet new amazing people. Our goal was to make every single runner comfortable, that it's okay not to be the fastest and it's okay to challenge yourself. YOGA Class -
Slhf yoga is a 45 minute yoga flow combining vinyasa, slow flow, and yin. We begin by warming up the body with specific postures and sun salutations, then progress to strengthening and balancing poses, finishing with stretching and meditation. It is a total mind and body workout designed to improve the following:
restore body's natural alignment
increase mind body connection
improve muscle strength and tone
improve balance, flexibility, range of motion, and posture
improve athletic performance
restore muscle tissue
