The classes concentrate on physical health and mental well-being through the practice of yoga and breath work. The teacher and their area of expertise (such as Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar or Vinyasa) determine the class style.

Bridget has been a part of the Fitness and Nutrition industry for over 7 years, involving herself in various avenues and earning multiple certifications. Her experience background includes a number of years as a Health, Wellness and Fitness Professor. She has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for adult and youth athletes, using multiple styles and training techniques to help increase complete fitness potential.
The teachers believe in LIVING OUT LOUD EVERYDAY through invoking creativity, love, life and play. This will be achieved through a combo of a full body workout and yin/yang inspired yoga to compliment the workout maintaining balance and equilbrium within the body, mind and soul! This may be the first of its kind so come check it out! Its a great way to start your day and set the tone of your day!
