Christy’s yoga will bring balance to your mind and body with breath. In this vinyasa class, you will lengthen, strengthen, and calm the body as you move through a series of poses sure to bring change to your mind and body. This is an open class - all individuals welcome and encouraged.
Christy Maskeroni, MS RD believes the key to long-term health and enjoyment is through an integration of lifestyle components including good food, enjoyable exercise, healthy stresses, and adventure. She believes every BODY is different and will help you find the most optimal balance of diet and exercise for your individual lifestyle. Her passion for helping individuals, creating healthy foods, exploring and her love for exercise and the outdoors (especially SUP) is what inspires her to show others their true potential. Christy holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Applied Physiology from Columbia University, Teachers College, is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Stand Up Paddle Board Instructor. She has contributed to several local and national publications and is an active member of several professional networks that keep her tapped into her interests, including integrative nutrition, culinary arts, and sports dietetics. www.christymaskeroni.com.
We are thrilled to announce the Lolë Run Club on Wednesday evenings for beginner and intermediate runners!
Meet at the Lolë store at 6:15pm to stow your personal items and then we’ll depart for a run around the neighborhood.
Runs will be led by Lolë ambassadors, staff and friends – stayed tuned for details on Facebook.
Live out loud every Saturday morning with Lolë New York! We will be offering a complementary mix of classes, ranging from neighborhood runs to yoga classes in store.
Join us for a 30 minute run led by our run coach, Marbelly Perez followed by a 30 minute in-store Yoga class with our very own, Maggie Ryan!
Mats will be provided for the yoga. The class will be held on a first come, first serve basis. Our space can fit up to 20 yoga mats. If you are unable to attend, please be respectful of others and update your RSVP.
