The number of organizations or causes that were founded or inspired by a woman or a group of women in Grand Rapids history, recent and long, is staggering. Most of these institutions continue to operate today and have touched the lives of countless citizens through the years. As a community, we are grateful for these women and their vision, leadership and incredible stamina. Grand Rapids is progressive in many ways, and the story of Lady Legends is just one more example. Would you believe we run by 17 noteworthy sights that feature women? And all of that in a tight, downtown 3.1 mile loop!

Sammy Hart is a yoga teacher, writer and lover of coffee, Radiohead, and Michigan cherries. 500 hour RYT certified you'll typically find her at the farmers market, on a road trip with her love or at a local show. Whether its through a yoga practice, gratitude meditation, or a conversation over coffee, her mission is to help people connect to their body and become close to their heart.
Soul Revival will be a generous serving of flow, lathered with 15 minutes of yin yoga (deep, intense stretching), topped off with 5 minutes of sweet restoration. Its the perfect way to renew mind, body, and heart.

Jane is one of Lolë's inspirational wellness professionals and the owner of Jazzercise in Royal Oak and Troy! She is devoted to her community and was HIGHLY recommended to us to do some classes! We are so excited to team up with Jane and her studio in Royal Oak to host the community for a FREE class!

Mat/Barre/Ball combo is a fun class that incorporates all the traditional elements of classic Mat Pilates, but adds the fun and challenge of stability balls and toning balls. Included in this class are beginning level ballet barre movements focused on fitness and require no dance experience or in depth choreography.
