Please note that any item purchased at a retailer is subject to the retailer’s return policy.
Make sure you keep your prepaid UPS return label in case you want to return your item.
We will accept your Holiday shopping returns until January 31st 2017 as long as you have not worn it or altered it and tags are still attached. Please note that during the Holiday period which will run from December 24th to January 2nd, our office hours as well as our staff will be reduced. All returns will be handled during the first full week of January. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Lolë purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of the date of reception via UPS as long as you have not worn it or altered it and the hangtags are still attached.
For swimwear, the protective lining sticker is required for return or exchange. Please note that underwear from our Seamless collection may not be returned or exchanged.
1. Place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all tags.
2. Include a copy of your Coalision packing slip within the package, and highlight the item(s) being returned.
3. Close and seal the package, stick the UPS pre-paid* return label provided with your order and drop off the package at a UPS store near you. To find your nearest UPS location, visit www.ups.com or call 1-800-742-5877 (Canada) or 1-877-289-6418 (United States). Canadian customers: please keep the bottom section of the label (client receipt) with the UPS tracking information for the shipment return. American customers: take note of the tracking number showing on the return label before you drop your return package.
It is possible to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same style. If the item you would like to exchange is no longer available at the same price or was purchased using a gift card, please contact customer service at 1-800-250-5056 (US) or 1-800-360-6724 (Canada) before attempting to return, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
If the item you would like to exchange is still available at the same price, simply place a new online order and return the original item for a full refund by following the procedure above for returns. You will receive your new item much faster.
Return shipping charges are on us*and once we receive your return, we will quickly refund the returned items on the credit card or gift card used for the original transaction. We’ll send you an email notification to let you know when it has been done.
*Free shipping for returns may not be combined with any other discount or offer.
You may return or exchange an online order in person at one of our Lolë Ateliers within fourteen (14) days from the date that you receive your package via UPS. Items may be exchanged for store credit up to 30 days from original purchase. Simply bring the electronic invoice you received by email along with the packing slip that was included in the package. Lolë will offer an exchange, refund (on the credit card used to make the original purchase) or gift card for the original purchase price.
